how this works

If you've never mailed a head to someone for stringing before, fear not!

You are responsible for shipping it to me. I'd reccomend UPS, but USPS works too.

I will ship it back to you for free. 

Here are the steps. 

1. Remove the head from the shaft. 
2. Throw it in a mailing envelope. (No bubble wrap or box necessary). 
3. Mail it to the address in your confirmation email.

   2. USPS
   3. Pirateship.com (print and ship from home)
      
4. You will receive order status emails (awaiting head, head received, stringing complete, and when its shipped back to you).
5. Open your mailbox a week later, receive a beautiful newly strung pocket, shout hooray, take a pic, post in on Instagram, and tag @heartstringswlax
